1/5/2023 0 Comments Netflix app for pc stutterOtherwise I'll just be using my headset wired from now on. If you have any suggestions to make it work with the Wireless adapter without the connection issues, I'd love to hear it. I understand the Wireless adapter is only USB 2.0 It would always cut and crackle trying to hold a connection. I have originally tried the Xbox Wireless adapter V2, but the connection satiability was very poor for my headphones. These systems use WiFi direct which is much higher bandwidth.Thank you SwordofWhedon.Īs stated above the audio works fine when having the headset plugged in through 3.5mm jack aux. I’d recommend plugging in the headset directly via usb if this is a possible, or if you have the means using an Xbox wireless adapter either with compatible headphones or. I would speculate that the additional bandwidth of party chat may cause problems using Bluetooth in retaining quality. I also opened 2 requests directly from the console when using both YouTube and Netflix app and experience crackling at the same time. It's also worth noticing that this is NOT happening when connecting the same Wireless Headset on PC via the Xbox Wireless USB dongle, so to confirm this is not an issue related to the headset or my home network configuration, but it's just related to some sort of Xbox Series X interference between its network card/usage and its Xbox Wireless antenna/protocol. This can be reproduced easily as as soon the background download stops the stutters diminishes (Netflix app) or just stops completely (all Xbox games, which don't use a lot of network data), but it's still present where higher bandwidth is used to stream 4K/HDR videos (YouTube app). I just want to report an issue which is plaguing my Xbox Series X since November until today, even on latest stable/production Dashboard OS.īasically every time the console is using network bandwidth intensively (as downloading/updating a game in background or starts streaming a 4K/HDR video on YouTube app), my Xbox Wireless Headset audio (LucidSound LS35X updated with latest firmare v2.5) starts to crackle VERY BADLY when watching video contents (Netflix app in 4K/Dolby Vision and YouTube app in 4K/HDR).
